The founder of Flying Sparks Communications, a strategic consultancy and communication firm that focuses on mindset, strategy and intentional implementation, Rachel has over fifteen years of business and communication management experience. She has authored a book, run four international Conferences, lived on five continents and lately loves learning the Rubix cube and gardening.

What excites Rachel the most is intentionality in business (and in life). Known for asking the hard questions and pushing back with "why are we doing this", Rachel has built several brands and programs using The Strategy Formula that she's teaching in this workshop.

Rachel has a B.A. in International Studies, a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accountancy.
